Place Vendome - Tour Guide Video

While waiting for one of her Chanel clients at Place Vendome, Mindy looked in her purse and discovered that she had our digital camera. She rushed to the nearest phone booth and in true Clark Kent fashion, morphed into her alter ego. Time for a little more of the Paris Tour Guide!!!

Of course, this video should be taken with a small grain of salt as it includes not only a tour of Place Vendome, but some original commentary from our favorite Tour Guide. Oh...and for all the guys, if you like your wallet to stay full when you come to Paris, this is one of the stops you need to avoid.

Hi Mindy
Miss our conversations and it's good to see you in a reporter role. Remember not only French people will walk in front of your video - I think we have people in Canada who can be just as inconsiderate.
With hugs from Karen :) :) lol

Hi kids
We continue to enjoy the adventures of the "roamin' St Cyr"
Shoes, Mindy, shoes! Of course baubles are always good too. Good luck on that on David!
Hugs
Louise

I see what you are trying to say/do Karen, however I must stand by my observations and experiences. While I recognize that all nationalities can be inconsiderate, or better put, culturally misunderstood ( IE - its their way and WE think its inconsiderate, however very normal to them), the French really do do this. Walking in Paris is truely a game of "ignorant chicken". Whoever pretends not to notice the other first, wins... therefore, they do not have to move. Its quite conscious I tell you, and very real. But perhaps takes more then just a visit to France to really pick up on. I recommend living here for a while, and when you find yourself constantly swerving around like a car out of control, you will understand. :)

Louise, I will make a video with shoes... just for you. :)

I remember walking along Paris streets. My favorite game was the game of chicken you play at uncontrolled crosswalks!
